Got to sketching a bit ago and some reason wanted to draw a Raichu so I did~
A little gift to ~DancesWithFoxes cause she loves Raichu so much XD I designed her a Raichu tattoo as well but idk if I'll upload it or not.
Will be moved to scraps later when and if I decide to go fix it up.
